How we use your information.

What we collect and why

ChatGPT sign-in supplies an account identifier and email so we can recognize your account and protect your saved designs. When you save a tester profile, we store your name, account email, optional mailing address, email preferences, and the date you last saved them in the studio database.

We use those details to manage beta participation and the waitlist, provide support, organize physical-card tests, and send the beta or launch communications you select. Email choices are unchecked by default. You may participate without subscribing or supplying a mailing address.

Card creation separately uses the recipient details, personal message, and photo you submit. These are sent to OpenAI’s image API to generate your card. Your tester-profile contact details and mailing address are not automatically added to those requests.

Who processes the information

The studio owner can view and export saved tester profiles. Other testers cannot view your profile through the site. OpenAI Sites and its hosting and storage providers process data needed to operate the site; operational logs may contain request and device information.

OpenAI’s published Sites data-processing agreement limits its processing of hosted data to providing the service and includes a commitment not to sell personal data under applicable U.S. privacy laws. It allows service providers to process data for hosting and support. This is different from selling a contact list.

OpenAI API data is not used for model training by default unless the API customer opts in. See OpenAI’s API data controls. Your separate use of ChatGPT, including its sign-in service, is covered by OpenAI’s privacy policy.

If physical testing involves a shipment, we may provide the necessary name and address to a printer or delivery carrier. We do not provide contact lists to third parties for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when required by law.

Your choices and requests

Visit Account to change your contact details or turn off beta and launch emails, then save your preferences. To remove a shipping address, clear its fields and save. You can request removal of your tester contact record by emailing cooper2799@gmail.com.

Profiles remain stored until removed; no automatic contact-profile expiry is currently configured. Deleting a card in the studio removes that design and its stored photo, but does not delete your contact profile. Credit-use records remain to maintain the tester allowance.
